Parts & Accessories

For parts and accessories it typically takes 3-5 business days from purchase for orders to arrive. Once we have dispatched your order we will send you a tracking link.

Scooters

For scooter and tricycle orders you can chose the delivery speed at checkout. We have three main delivery options:

Standard - Delivery between 9am and 5pm (normally in the morning). Customer can chose a weekday delivery date 3 working days or more after the date of their order. Free for mainland UK

One Hour Slot - Customer can chose a one hour delivery slot 2 working days or more after the date of their order. Slots are available for weekdays from 9am to 5pm. £50.00

Express - Arrives before 10:30am next working day if ordered prior to 10am, some locations unavailable. £100.00

For Standard and One Hour Slot delivery options you will need to select your delivery date or time slot. We will text and email you a link after you have placed your order to do this. Once the delivery has been booked in we will send you the tracking link.

Scooter deliveries to Northern Ireland only have the option of standard shipping, although the selected delivery date has to be 5 working days or more after the date of the order, and there is an additional £100 charge.
