We have a 30 days no questions asked return policy. Return the scooter to us (in reasonable condition) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our refund policy for full details.

Do your scooters come with a warranty?
Yes all our scooters and tricycles come with a free 2 year warranty, which covers the motor, motor controller, battery (only one year) and charger. See our warranty page for further details.
What happens if something goes wrong or it breaks?
If an issue develops as a result of a fault that was there at purchase, we will do what it takes to make it right. If an issue develops within the first two years after purchase it may be covered under the warranty. See our warranty page for more det
