5. Removing the Base and Attaching the Front WheelUpdated a month ago

To remove the base you'll need to first remove the front axle.

Then you can either untwist the wire or cut through it with cutting pliers or bolt cutters. If you untwist it we would recommend using tough gloves, as it can be quite sharp. Once this is done you can take the scooter off the frame.

To attach the front wheel, slide it into the front fork, put the axle through and then tighten the axle up.
