2. Removing the Box and Metal FrameUpdated a month ago

Once you have the box in the right place to unpack it, you can cut the box open. Inside you will find the scooter enclosed within a metal frame to protect it during shipping.

The first step is removing the metal frame that surrounds the scooter, which is placed there to protect it during transit. The frame is held together by 16 nuts and bolts. A 13mm spanner or socket can be used to remove them.

Once the screws have been removed, the four poles (two on each side) can be taken off, and then the upper part of the frame can be lifted off.
