Your tricycle will have arrived on a pallet, secured with straps and wooden supports. Delivery can only be made kerbside so you may need to transport the scooter a short distance. If you anticipate this being an issue you can order some small dollies to make it easier to move the box here.

The tricycle is very heavy (100kg including packaging) and will require at least two people to move, unless you have a wheeled trolley or platform that you can transport it on.

To remove the tricycle from the pallet, cut the straps with a pair of scissors. Then gently tip the scooter so that the long side is on the floor. Two people can lift it from here, one at either end.

Once you have the box in the right place to unpack it, you can cut the box open. Inside you will find the tricycle enclosed within a metal frame to protect it during shipping.
